Braidwood Heritage Crafts offers on-line purchasing and delivery all over Australia, and the world.

Ordering Methods:

Simply use our online store to purchase the items you would like. While we endeavor to fulfill all our orders as quickly as possible, occasionally, depending on the availability of the item, there may be a short delay in shipping your order to you. If this is the case, we will always contact you to let you know of the delay and to find out whether you are happy to wait. All other orders are ordinarily shipped within 2 working days of being received.

Payment Methods:

You will be required to pay for the goods before they are shipped.
We accept payment through Paypal.

Paypal is a secure way to pay online without sharing your financial information. PayPal is free when making domestic purchases. Payments can be funded from your bank account, debit or credit card.

Shipping:

Braidwood Heritage Crafts is an internet-based business and therefore we do not have a physical shop-front. In order to get your craft products out to you as quickly, as inexpensively and as safely as possible, we use Australia Post.

Postage and handling has been calculated and is added to the cost of the item at checkout. We endeavor to keep our shipping costs as low as possible.

Prices for shipping will vary depending on where you are located, the weight of items you order and how quickly you require the goods. For larger orders, contact us for an estimated quote of postage and handling costs before purchasing and you always know how much the postage will cost you.

Goods sent via Australia Post are not registered (unless requested by you) and therefore do not require a signature upon receipt but this also means that your goods are not insured and not guaranteed.

Unavailable Items

We carry most of our product range in stock, however there may occasionally be delays in ordering from our supplier, or items will need to be specially ordered for you. We will notify you upon processing of your order if there will be any delays and we always make sure we present what is in stock on our products pages. We are under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified. Special orders are final sales.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Contact us if you have special circumstances and require an exchange or refund.

Exchanges are easier if goods have not been shipped. Eg. A customer purchased a pattern thinking it was ready made clothing, the customer contacted us immediately she realized the mistake and as the goods had not been shipped we were happy to offer an exchange to the value of the goods and shipping.

Exchanges will be considered after the goods have been shipped, however, all additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

A refund will be considered if the goods are found to be faulty. We will re-credit the original sum paid less any postal delivery costs when the goods have been returned and received.
